Creative producing is about creating the conditions for great work to happen. My role is to translate ambitious ideas into thoughtful production plans, align clients and creative teams around a shared vision, and remove obstacles so every person involved can do their best work with complete clarity.
For the past four years, I've worked as a Senior Creative Producer at Johnnie Studio. Below are a few of the projects I've had the opportunity to lead.
Schumacher Electric Sizzle Videos
Budget: $105,000
Timeline: 12 weeks
Deliverables:
- 2 16×9 videos (B2C & B2B)
- 2 9×16 social cutdowns
- 10 retouched stills
Project overview
Schumacher Electric was preparing to launch a new premium line of EV chargers with distinct messaging for both end consumers and commercial installers. Our team developed two launch films, one consumer-focused and one B2B-focused, supported by a cohesive library of product and lifestyle photography to introduce the new product across multiple audiences and marketing channels.
The challenge
This project landed during my first week as a Producer at Johnnie Studio and became the agency's largest video production to date. The scale of production would require a large freelance footprint (a team of about 20 between crew and talent) for our shoot in Dallas, TX, and that team needed to be sourced and brought up to speed quickly in order to pull it all off.
My work
While the creative team developed the campaign, I built the production behind it - assembling a multidisciplinary crew in Dallas, creating and managing casting calls, developing the production plan, and keeping the client engaged and aligned through it all.
Throughout the shoot, I served as the primary point of contact between the client and production team, ensuring communication remained clear, approvals stayed on track, and the crew had the support and clarity they needed to keep production moving efficiently.
I remained closely involved through post-production, shepherding the project through edit, color, sound design, and motion graphics, with client review cycles at each milestone through final delivery.
The campaign was delivered on time and on budget and exceeded the client's expectations. Following the launch, Schumacher's new EV charger line sold out within its first week, and the client later shared they largely credited the success of the launch to the quality of the campaign assets we produced.

Argo Group Partnership Campaign
Budget: $26,000
Timeline: 8 weeks
Deliverables:
- 2 testimonial videos in 16×9 & 9×16
Project overview
Argo Group wanted to showcase the strength of its partnerships with brokers through a series of authentic client testimonial videos that would anchor a broader integrated campaign.
The challenge
With a lean production budget and interview locations spanning both New York City and Atlanta, the challenge was designing a production approach that maximized quality without relying on a large crew or extensive production resources. Every decision, from staffing to locations to post-production styling, needed to make dollars stretch while still delivering polished and engaging videos for the brand’s annual campaign.
My work
As Agency Producer, I developed a production approach designed to maximize every dollar of the budget without compromising quality. We did this by choosing accessible real-world locations, assembling a nimble team capable of contributing across multiple stages of production, and developed a simple yet effective post-production approach centered around dynamic split-screen motion graphics that reinforced the campaign's themes of collaboration, momentum, and partnership, without increasing scope.
The resulting testimonial videos became the foundation of a broader integrated campaign, with assets adapted across social, email marketing, and internal communications.

Spotlight Magazine Cover Shoot
Budget: $10,500
Timeline: 4 weeks
Deliverables:
- 15 retouched stills
Project overview
Spotlight Magazine is a triannual editorial publication designed to strengthen community within the insurance industry by celebrating exceptional agents and positioning the organization as a thought leader and trusted resource. For this issue, the featured cover story highlighted an insurance agent specializing in the agricultural sector, requiring an editorial-style photoshoot that felt authentic, elevated, and true to the client's evolving brand that prized both historic credibility as well as contemporary relevance.
The challenge
The project needed to move from creative ideation to final image delivery in just four weeks, and the shoot involved real-world variables such as working with animals, unpredictable weather, and amateur talent.
My role
Serving as both Agency Producer and Art Director, I took time to shape the creative vision before translating it into a production plan. My goal was to set an aspirational bar for the photography that would push the brand’s publication further than they had gone before when it comes to visual quality and interest, while still working within the set constraints of a ~$10K all-in budget and a 4 week timeline.
A key part of the project's success was finding the right photographer, and finding them quickly. I sourced and partnered with a New York-based editorial photographer whose experience photographing high-profile talent aligned with the visual standard we were aiming to achieve, while also having the adaptability to work confidently in an active environment with a set of variables even the most detailed planning couldn’t fully control.
Throughout production, I balanced creative direction with day-to-day logistics, ensuring clear communication between the client, photographer, and agency team while keeping the project on schedule and aligned with the creative vision from concept through final image delivery.
The client was thrilled with the final photography and elevated visual direction, and it ultimately inspired them to expand our engagement beyond the photoshoot by entrusting our team with a complete redesign of the magazine.
Additionally, the photographer shared that it was the best production experience of his career, citing the clarity and organization throughout the project as his reason.

CCL Hero Video
Budget: $98,000
Timeline: 12 weeks
Deliverables:
- 1 16×9 hero video
- 2 9×16 social cutdowns (:15 & :30)
- 30 retouched stills
Project overview
Center for Creative Leadership partnered with our team to produce a brand hero video designed to showcase its leadership development programs through a polished collection of video and photography assets.
The challenge
The production brought together a large creative team spanning multiple disciplines, with the client actively participating in creative decisions throughout pre-production, on set, and in post. Success depended on creating a collaborative process that kept feedback moving efficiently, ensured the client felt heard and informed, and gave each creative department the clarity and empowerment needed to do their best work.
My work
As Agency Producer, I planned and coordinated a two-day studio production in NYC involving more than 30 crew members and on-camera talent across video, photography, wardrobe, hair and makeup, props, production, agency, and client teams.
Throughout production, I served as the central point of coordination between the client and our creative practitioners, facilitating conversations, translating feedback into clear direction, and ensuring every department had the context needed to move forward confidently and without stifling their creative intuition. By keeping communication clear and expectations aligned, we maintained momentum and kept both the client and our crew enthusiastically engaged in the work.
