Who this is for:
Creators and brands ready to elevate their content with a studio that reflects their brand identity.

Services include:
- 2-3 comprehensive consultation calls with yourself/your key team members to dive into brand look and feel, audience, studio use-cases, content needs, and review in-progress work in relation to those constraints.

- 2 early-stage aesthetic concepts (moodboard and color palette with concept write-ups) with up to 2 rounds of review and revisions, for approval on 1.

- Meeting and coordination with your video team/vendor/consultant to ensure set design is cohesive with the framing, lighting and filming style of your content.

- Direction and decisions on all finishes being incorporated into plan such as wall color/finish, flooring, light fixtures, etc.
Note: This package may include cosmetic finishes such as paint, flooring, light fixtures, etc. completed by client-managed outside vendors, but no demolition, construction or fabrication is assumed in-scope.

- Materials board and sourcing sheet listing out line-by-line the furnishings and set dressing materials to purchase, with links and total budget included, 1 round of review and revisions.

- Layout and set-up plan for the set, documentation of up to 2 studio variations (e.g. 2 person interview and 1 person talking head studio variations).

- Live virtual set-up and staging session, ensuring every item is placed and styled just rust right, custom to our camera frame(s), leaving you with a turn-key studio design and guidance on how to maintain a consistent look in your studio variations moving forward.

- Client may add on 3D rendering of space ahead of on-site work beginning, for an additional fee (already included in Signature Studio package).

Note: This package requires clients to have a video production employee/vendor, or to consult with one in order to ensure camera frames and lighting are arranged for the studio design to ladder up to. Production design for a space you are filming in is entirely different than interior design for a room you are living in, and in order to set you up for success, we need to have the right pieces in place.

Services include:
- Series of in-depth consultation calls (determined based on scope) with yourself/your key team members to dive into brand look and feel, audience, studio use-cases, content needs, and review in-progress work in relation to those constraints.

- 3 aesthetic concepts with ideation around how those fit into the space and serve your brand, with up to 2 rounds of review and revisions, for approval on 1.

- Ongoing collaboration with your video team/vendor/consultant to ensure set design is cohesive with the framing, angles, lighting and filming style of your content.

- Direction and decisions on design of space from the ground up as well as finishes, fixtures, etc, working with your contractors to provide design oversight on every detail, at each stage of the project.

- Sourcing sheet listing out line-by-line the furnishings and set dressing materials to purchase, with links and total budget included, up to 3 rounds of review and revisions.

- Full 3D renderings of the studio design representative of planned camera frames and studio variations (e.g. round table panel discussion, 2 person interview, 1 person talking head, etc.), up to 2 rounds of review and revisions.

- Ongoing collaboration and design oversight of outside vendors and contractors working on architecture, renderings, demo/construction, fabrication, finishes, etc.

- On-site (or virtual) set-up and staging day(s), ensuring every item is placed and styled just right, custom to our camera frames, leaving you with a turn-key studio design and guidance on how to maintain a consistent look in your studio variations moving forward.

- Wardrobe moodboard/optional guidance for clothing colors, patterns, textures, shapes and fits that look best on camera, in your newly-designed studio and with your look/personality/persona.
